- 2-4 day conducted sales (dependent on estate size)
- Research, inspect, evaluate and price every item.
- Use of certified appraiser, regional auction house and/or online auction with specialty items, if needed.
- Locking cases for small valuables and jewelry, display tables with tablecloths.
- Quality display plans to maximize profitability.
- Sales staff is well qualified and professional.
- Limit the number of customers at a time (depending on the home size).
- Sale advertising in the local newspaper, Craigslist, Estatesales.net, etc.
- Typical Sale Pricing: Day 1= full price; Day 2= 30% off (morning) & 50% off (afternoon).
- Any of the remaining items from the sale can be donated to a charity, or sold to a liquidator, at the owners discretion.
- Cleanup includes sweeping and vacuuming the floors.
- Owners share of net sales receipts will be delivered within 7 days
